Our Marine Room accommodates 200 guests standing, or 100 sitting. Located just off the main lobby, this handsome, modern space features sweeping views of Coal harbor Marina and Stanley Park.

For larger parties, our Bayshore Ballroom offers 15,000 square feet of space for events up to 1,000. Outfitted in a modern-classic décor with high ceilings, the Bayshore Ballroom is ideal for elegant, large-scale receptions.

Those seeking a classic feel can reserve the Stanley Park Ballroom. It seats 400, making it perfectly suited for great parties. Enjoy a glass of champagne in the foyer while gazing out over the float planes.

Event Catering and Cuisine
Our Executive Chef and his culinary team have created an expansive menu of dishes to delight your guests. Choose from fresh fruit and cheese plate to sushi stations. We’re able to customize your menu to reflect any cultural traditions or themes, from Russian to Italian, Indian, and Chinese. And, with a pastry chef on-site, we can prepare inventive confections to satisfy your sweet tooth, such as chocolate fountains or banana split stations. Our Catering Team will work side-by-side with you to make sure your menu is a delicious reflection of your unique tastes.

Pricing
All food and beverage is subject to a 17% service charge. Please note that the service charge is taxable. Additional labour charges may apply for additional services requested, such as bartenders or cashiers.
Wedding menus start at $68 per person for a 3 course plated dinner. For planning purposes, you may budget $150 per person to include dinner, beverages, space rental, service and taxes.

Guest Rooms
Truly the Vancouver experience, our Harbour View Guest Rooms offer spectacular views of Vancouver's Inner Harbour, Stanley Park and the Coastal Mountain Range beyond.
All of our guest rooms feature floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and are outfitted with the signature Westin Heavenly Bed™.   The Westin Heavenly Crib™ is available on request and even our four-legged guests can sleep comfortably in their own Westin Heavenly Dog Bed™.
