Emma Jessica Colling
Emma was drawn to yoga at a time in her life that she needed healing. Yoga helped her find depth and a way to connect her mind, body, and soul in a way she never knew was possible. She completed her first 200HR YTT in Bali in 2012 with Awakened Life School of Yoga.
Growing up in Vancouver she was fortunate enough to be surrounded by the amazing nature backdrop for the city. She was always drawn to the water and learned how to surf in her teens. From there she became certified in Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga.
She finds an importance in moving intuitively. Her creative sequencing combines pranayama and asana to accommodate every student in the space. You will leave her classes feeling grounded, calm, and fully in touch with your mind, body, soul, and surroundings.
